CLEAR Digital Vaccine Card Instructions

To expedite entry into the venue, fully vaccinated visitors should sign up for a CLEAR account and obtain a CLEAR Digital Vaccine Card as soon as possible, but no less than 24 hours before arriving to the IWTG.

The CLEAR – Fast, Touchless Access App is available in the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play Store (Android). Those who are 18 years of age and older and a United States resident will need to enroll in a free CLEAR account to upload your proof of vaccination. These initial steps only need to be taken once.

Downloading the CLEAR – Fast, Touchless Access App

  1. Download the CLEAR App to your mobile phone. To expedite the process click here, enter your mobile phone number to receive a text message with instructions to install. Available in both the App Store and Google Play Store. Open the app once downloaded.
  2. Begin by accepting “CLEAR’s Terms of Use”
  3. Scroll down until you see the blue DIGITAL VACCINE CARD. Click on the blue DIGITAL VACCINE CARD to continue.
  4. Press the blue Get Started button to continue.

Getting Started w/ CLEAR

  1. Enter your email address to make an account.
  2. Next, enter your phone number to verify your account. Once your PHONE NUMBER is entered you should receive a text message with a verification code. Enter the verification code found in your text messages then press the NEXT
  3. You will need to press NEXT to continue to begin the 2-step verification.
  4. Next you will need to accept the CLEAR MEMBER TERMS to continue. You will find the I AGREE button at the bottom of the page.

Obtaining A CLEAR Digital Vaccine Card

  1. Pick what form of identification (ID) you would like to use and click on either US & CANADA PHOTO ID CARD or PASSPORT.
  2. Place your PHOTO ID CARD on a flat surface. Take a photo of the front and back of your PHOTO ID CARD.
  3. Next you will need to validate your photo with your face. Take a quick photo of yourself to verify you are you.
  4. Next, enter a PASSWORD that you would like to use to protect your account.

Completing Your CLEAR Digital Vaccine Card

  1. You will need to add COVID-19 vaccination. Choose between scanning your vaccination card option, SMART Health QR Code option or linking to your healthcare provider option. (See below for additional steps)
  2. Manually confirm your vaccine information.
  3. Once you have finished all the steps you should be directed to your CLEAR Digital Vaccine Card.
